Mowing Maintenance includes: Mowing, string trimming, and blowing grass from all paved surfaces. Performed as needed. Grass Clippings can be bagged and disposed of if desired.
Lawn Dethatching
Dethatching consists of removing excess dead plant material from between the soil surface and the live plant material. Excess thatch build up prevents the grasses root zone from receiving the necessary water and nutrients needed to grow strong and healthy. Greenstripe will remove the excess thatch by raking the entire lawn with a dethatcher and removing the thatch from the property.

Lawn Aeration
Lawn aeration is the process of removing plugs of soil and thatch from a lawn. Benefits of aeration include reducing soil compaction, which allows fertilizer, water nutrients and oxygen to move into the root zone. This improves rooting and prevents run-off from overly compacted areas. Aeration increases the lawn’s ability to thicken up and become denser.
